Responsibilities
Oversee and ensure that all safety rules are followed at all times
Produce work schedules in accordance with the availability of employees, contractors, and labor laws
Recruit, hire, mentor, and train employees and contractors
Develop and oversee quality standards
Resolve conflicts or miscommunication that may happen quickly and amicably
Read drawings and blueprints and convey this information to others
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Additional related training or experience required
Pays close attention to detail
Understands how to read and use a tape measure and good knowledge of hand tools
Excellent communication skills and well organized
Ability to assist and support others
Preferred
Electrical license in the state of Iowa preferred
