Responsibilities

Document functional and technical user stories and ensure they meet acceptance criteria

Align acceptance criteria with business owners and obtain sign-off

Facilitate sprint planning meetings with the Scrum team

Understand development team capacity during pre-PI planning

Lead breakout sessions in PI planning and populate Sprint 1 & 2 with fully qualified user stories

Work with Release Train Engineers to align user stories with release planning and communicate decisions to leadership

Identify innovation, proof-of-concept or spike work to be included in sprints to explore new features and future possibilities

Required

10+ years combined experience as a Product Owner and Scrum Master

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM

Experience in program management and business analysis in an Agile environment

Preferred

Exposure to MS Copilot 365, MS Dynamics 365 for Sales, MS Copilot Studio, and MS Foundry

Familiarity with agentic solutions and emerging AI capabilities
