The Department of Health Care Access and Information is seeking a Research Data Analyst II to evaluate the impact of health workforce program interventions in California. Responsibilities

Perform technical research and statistical work in evaluating the impact of health workforce program interventions on the healthcare workforce and education trends in California
Development and employment of research methodology and techniques
Implementing research projects
Gathering, compiling, editing, and interpreting quantitative data
Developing, testing, implementing, and monitoring systems and procedures to assemble and structure the necessary data
Act as a project team leader or coordinate the efforts of representatives of various governmental agencies on larger projects
Work on multidisciplinary teams
Use appropriate computer software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Dynamics, ArcGIS, Qualtrics, Python, R, SAS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to analyze and display data, develop reports, and present information at meetings and conference workshops

Required

Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment

The SOQ must not exceed two pages in length and must be 11-point font in black

Describe your experience developing the program Theories of Change
Describe your experience developing program Monitoring & Evaluation Plans, including documenting and implementing data collection plans
Describe your experience developing dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, ArcGIS, or equivalent platforms
Describe your experience preparing and delivering data-driven recommendations and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences

Experience developing the program Theories of Change
