They are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to help shape a next-generation, AI-assisted platform that delivers modern, interactive learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable, reusable L&D content templates within the company’s content studio
Create custom course-based learning for clients, grounded in best practices and user needs
Develop interactive, visually engaging learning experiences across a wide range of topics
Ensure all content meets high standards of quality, clarity, accessibility, and design
Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on learning design, instructional strategies, and behavioral science
Apply proven L&D principles, engagement strategies, and assessment techniques to drive better outcomes
Stay current on tools, trends, and innovations in L&D—and proactively bring new ideas forward
Provide real time feedback to Product teams based on hands on platform use
Identify gaps and opportunities to improve workflows, features, and content creation tools
Share insights from the creator/L&D landscape to help the platform stay ahead of the market
Streamline content creation workflows without sacrificing quality
Experiment with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) to improve efficiency, consistency, and creativity
Contribute to internal documentation, templates, and best practices as the company grows
Work closely with Customer Success to understand client needs and turn them into effective learning experiences
Partner with Product and Client Operations to ensure smooth, predictable content delivery
Proactively communicate risks, blockers, and timeline challenges

Required

3+ years in Learning & Development, instructional design, or course-based content creation
Strong portfolio of engaging, effective learning content for professional audiences
Experience with LMS platforms, content builders, or interactive design tools
Comfortable using AI tools as part of a modern content workflow
Strong eye for design and exceptional attention to detail
Interest in behavioral science, learning research, and data informed design
Highly organized, collaborative, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced early-stage environment

Preferred

Strong understanding of foundational L&D concepts (learning styles, reinforcement, assessment design, etc.)
Ability to choose the right interactive or engagement mechanism for specific learning goals
Analytical mindset paired with strong creative execution skills
Understanding of how content impacts multiple organizational functions
