Responsibilities
Assist the Investment Manager in the day-to-day management of the existing portfolio and in underwriting new investments across commingled funds, co-investments, and separate accounts
Develop and maintain fluency and knowledge of the infrastructure market including assigned managers, portfolios, operating and shareholder agreements
Participate in strategic planning and portfolio reporting projects, and in making recommendations to Senior Management and Investment Committees
Qualification
Required
Experience in sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities
Experience in managing existing investment portfolios
Knowledge of the infrastructure market including assigned managers, portfolios, operating and shareholder agreements
Ability to participate in strategic planning and portfolio reporting projects
Ability to make recommendations to Senior Management and Investment Committees
Benefits
This position is eligible for annual and long-term incentive awards.
The annual incentive opportunity is 0-60% of salary and is based on the level of achievement against several quantitative and qualitative measures.
The long-term incentive program provides an additional opportunity of 0-60% of base salary beginning after five years and when absolute total fund returns meet or exceed board-approved thresholds.
