Director, National Accounts

The Director of National Accounts will lead sales to multi-unit bar and restaurant groups across the U.S., managing the full sales cycle and serving as a trusted advisor to hospitality operators.

Responsibilities
Own acquisition and expansion of national and large regional hospitality groups, serving as the executive relationship owner of EverPass's most strategic customers
Manage a small team of Account Managers to assist in cross selling, upselling, value creation for Everpass's largest customers
Drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing multi-location hospitality accounts
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, tailored proposals, contract negotiation, and close
Build relationships with C-suite, ownership groups, and senior operations leaders
Position EverPass Media as a revenue-driving, fan-acquisition, and retention solution—not just a cost line item
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Account Management, and Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term account success
Develop account expansion strategies, including upsells, renewals, and multi-year agreements
Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue; consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Represent EverPass Media at industry events, trade shows, customer events, and trade shows
Qualification
Required
7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3+ years selling to national or multi-unit accounts
Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with long sales cycles as well as consistent history of delivering quotas
Experience selling into bars, restaurants, & other hospitality venues
Executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
Strong negotiation skills and comfort navigating legal, procurement, and finance stakeholders
Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently in a fast-growing environment
Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and close deals
Successful experience selling media & subscription based products
Preferred
Existing relationships with national or regional hospitality groups
Background in sports, live events, or experiential marketing
