Responsibilities
Assigning work, supervises staff and verifies and documents the completion of all routine maintenance and repairs in the property maintenance management system
Managing the functionality and safety of the facility, including the physical buildings, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems and life safety systems in accordance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
Directs outside contractors and inspects quality of work by team members
Responds and coordinates responses to guest calls and emergency situations
Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing the functionality and safety of facilities, including physical buildings, mechanical equipment, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, and life safety systems
Ability to assign work, supervise staff, and verify and document the completion of all routine maintenance and repairs
Experience directing outside contractors and inspecting quality of work
Ability to respond and coordinate responses to guest calls and emergency situations
Experience in interviewing, training, supervising, counseling, scheduling, and evaluating staff
