Responsibilities

Collaborate with BTech professionals on technology initiatives, which may include enterprise software solutions, cybersecurity projects, or hardware and endpoint engineering efforts
Support technology implementation activities, such as conducting system testing, documenting requirements, assisting with configuration tasks, or participating in change management and user adoption efforts
Contribute to business or systems analysis, including research, process mapping, user experience testing, requirements gathering, and identifying opportunities to improve operations
Assist with technical operations or hardware-focused tasks, such as device setup and deployment, evaluating tools, managing inventories, or supporting user-facing technology environments
Help strengthen technology change management, communications, and user experience by drafting documentation, creating user guides or training materials, and contributing to internal communication efforts

Required

Undergraduate students in their junior or senior year and graduate students pursuing a masters degree with a strong interest in technology implementation and development
Background in one of the following: computer science, information systems/data management, business analytics, project/product management, or a related field
Desire to apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings
Skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and communication
Located in the U.S. for the duration of the internship
Successful completion of a background investigation
Submit a cover letter and resume
Submit two letters of recommendation or provide two professional references if selected as a finalist
