Take ownership of projects from concept to production
Debug, optimize, and ship code quickly while maintaining quality
Ensure code quality through thoughtful reviews and testing
Qualification
Required
10 + years of experience in Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Ruby on Rails
Must have 5 years of experience with TypeScript
Must have 5 years of backend web development experience (Node.js, Golang, or Ruby on Rails)
Must have 5 years of experience with React
Must have a computer science degree (major or minor)
Preferred
Experience working in a software development studio or agency
Experience with MySQL and writing efficient, maintainable SQL
Experience in collaborating directly with product and design teams
