Mid LevelHo2 Systems LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to provide analysis support for their Compliance and Quality Control Division’s Solicitation Review System re-write project. The role involves partnering with business owners to analyze processes, gather requirements, and ensure effective communication with technical teams.

Responsibilities
Lead, coordinate, and schedule all requirements-gathering meetings with stakeholders
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for the existing Solicitation Review System
Ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and communicated effectively to technical teams
Conduct gap analysis comparing current system functionality to desired future capabilities
Assess workflows, business rules, compliance needs, and Power BI reporting requirements
Identify missing functionality and opportunities for process improvements
Work closely with the Senior Systems Advisor to track requirements development and implementation
Test new and existing system features to confirm alignment with documented requirements
Maintain, update, and version-control requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Provide weekly progress updates to the Director of Contract Compliance Unit
Communicate risks, issues, and overall project status clearly and promptly
Qualification
Required
Experience in business analysis support for projects
Ability to partner with business owners through planning, requirements definition, and delivery cycles
Experience analyzing complex business and technical processes
Skills in identifying efficiencies and prioritizing system needs
Experience coordinating requirements gathering, documentation, and validation (testing)
Ability to operate under limited supervision with considerable latitude for initiative and independent judgment
Experience leading, coordinating, and scheduling requirements-gathering meetings with stakeholders
Skills in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
Ability to ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and communicated effectively to technical teams
Experience conducting gap analysis comparing current system functionality to desired future capabilities
Skills in assessing workflows, business rules, compliance needs, and Power BI reporting requirements
Ability to identify missing functionality and opportunities for process improvements
Experience working closely with senior advisors to track requirements development and implementation
Skills in testing new and existing system features to confirm alignment with documented requirements
Experience maintaining, updating, and version-controlling requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Ability to provide weekly progress updates to management
Skills in communicating risks, issues, and overall project status clearly and promptly
