Balance sales and managerial responsibilities to help the company exceed sales goals

Manage inventory and reconcile client payments

Ensure Showroom Is Kept To Company Visual Standards

Learn, maintain, and share product Knowledge

Hire, train, and develop sales staff

Sell product and manage customer service needs

Monitor showroom and employee key performance indicators

Be available to work weekends as necessary

Qualification

Required

Experience in a luxury furniture trade showroom is required

Expertise with MS Office and other business software

Must have strong organizational skills

Sales and Customer service focused experience
