Qualification
Required
Proficiency in the use of hand tools for tower construction, maintenance, and repairs
Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
Experience in maintenance and repair of telecommunications equipment and systems
Good communication skills for clear and professional interaction with coworkers and clients
Familiarity with wireless networking equipment and technology
Comfortable working at heights and in challenging outdoor environments
Ability to work as part of a team and follow safety protocols rigorously
A high school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in telecommunications or related fields are a plus
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required

Previous experience in the telecommunications or tower climbing industry is preferred but not mandatory
