Social Media Team Leader
Confidential company is seeking a Social Media Team Leader who is passionate about connecting brands with their audience through various social media platforms. The role involves managing a team, creating engaging content, and developing strategies to enhance community engagement and brand presence.

Responsibilities
Manage multiple, concurrent projects and initiatives while maintaining a positive attitude and energy
Have strong creative and professional writing skills
Work with the team to brainstorm and create social initiatives to grow the assigned communities
Support the Director of Operations in managing all department processes, policies, procedures, contractual compliance, work product advancements, and profitability with their assigned team
Ensure that The AD Leaf standards are being consistently applied and maintained
Create daily content for multiple social media platforms across different industry verticals
Build social media creative imagery for daily content
Measure and optimize content based on analytics
Assist in developing social media program initiatives to improve community size and engagement
Find and implement new social strategies, tools, and tactics as they develop
Become fully immersed in clients' brands and cultures
Qualification
Required
Background in Marketing, Communication, or other related disciplines
Strong communication skills
Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
Familiarity with social networking sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and software tools in support of these channels
Interest in diverse client management and the outstanding ability to mono-task in a multitasking environment
Create daily content for multiple social media platforms across different industry verticals
Build social media creative imagery for daily content
Measure and optimize content based on analytics
Assist in developing social media program initiatives to improve community size and engagement
Find and implement new social strategies, tools, and tactics as they develop
Become fully immersed in clients' brands and cultures
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Tangible leadership experience
Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms, including; Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
Ability to ask questions and learn new skills quickly on the job; be a self-starter
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree (marketing or related field preferred, but we will consider a candidate with commensurate experience)
Experience in a marketing role or internship preferred
Basic HTML and video production skills a plus
