Information Technology
Responsibilities
Design and develop Python- and AWS-based applications with an emphasis on scalability and reliability
Build and maintain data pipelines leveraging AWS Glue, Lambda, S3, ECS, and data lake technologies
Develop and support API endpoints consumed by internal UI teams
Contribute to system design, code reviews, and operational support of production systems
Create and maintain Java microservices and Spark-based data processing applications (nice to have)
Integrate emerging technologies, including AI/ML capabilities where relevant
Work within an Agile team and contribute to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Python and building Python-based backend services
Hands-on experience with AWS services including: ECS, Glue, Lambda, S3, Data Lake architectures
Experience creating data pipelines and backend APIs
Experience developing in large, enterprise-scale environments
Solid understanding of databases (Snowflake, Oracle, or PostgreSQL)
Strong grounding in application development, testing, and system stability
Preferred
Experience with PySpark or Spark frameworks
Familiarity with React.js for UI integration
Exposure to AI/ML integration within applications
