Administrative Coordinator, Supported Employment (Part-Time)
SOAR365 is dedicated to supporting individuals and families living with disabilities. The Administrative Coordinator for Employment Services plays a key role in helping individuals with disabilities navigate employment programs by providing administrative support, coordinating intake processes, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful employment outcomes.

Responsibilities
Scheduling and facilitating intake and enrollment meetings
Completing required intake documentation and assessments
Developing individualized Employment Plans in collaboration with participants and their support teams
Coordinating closely with Human Resources to ensure timely completion of onboarding paperwork for student and adult work experiences
Tracking and documenting participant progress toward employment goals
Supporting individuals and families in navigating available resources
Participating in planning meetings related to Pre-ETS, Customized Employment, and Supported Employment
Maintaining accurate records within the electronic health record system
Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
Collaborating across SOAR365 departments
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of community employment and training resources
Qualification
Required
Qualified candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in special education, vocational rehabilitation, or a related human services field
Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of employment services, person-centered planning, and vocational supports
Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Proficiency with computers and data management systems is required
Ability to analyze information accurately and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA
The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to travel between program and community sites as needed to support service delivery
