Representing companies and/or financial institutions in regard to single plaintiff litigation
Handling litigation involving consumer loans of all types, including contracts, loan agreements/modifications, wrongful foreclosure and other mortgage related litigation
Appearing in state and federal courts in New York
Taking and defending depositions
Drafting pleadings

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience representing companies and/or financial institutions in regard to single plaintiff litigation
Excellent understanding of civil procedure
Experience in taking and defending depositions
Experience in drafting pleadings
Licensed in New York
Excellent academic credentials
Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Preferred

Experience handling litigation involving consumer loans of all types, including contracts, loan agreements/modifications, wrongful foreclosure and other mortgage related litigation
Experience appearing in state and federal courts in New York
New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware licenses are a plus
