Manager, Marketing Special Projects

Responsibilities
Work closely with the marketing leadership team to support priority initiatives and projects
Assist with planning, tracking, and execution of marketing projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and documentation are maintained
Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to keep initiatives on track
Support the execution of marketing events, activations, and other experiential programs, including on-site participation when needed
Prepare project updates, summaries, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
Support the marketing team with general initiatives and leadership-driven projects
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience supporting complex projects in marketing, operations, or a related function
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
