Ship end-to-end features
Own features end-to-end and eventually lead a team
Be one of the first engineering hires of CoFina
Qualification
Required
You've shipped products. You can point to something and say 'I built that, end-to-end.'
You're comfortable with ambiguity. 'Figure out what we should build and build it' excites you
You have product sense. You can make UX decisions without waiting for a designer to tell you what to do
You're fluent with AI tools. You can utilize different AI driven workflows and patterns appropriately
Full-stack fluency. From frontend to backend, you don't need to be an expert in our specific stack, but you need to learn fast
