Responsibilities
Design and document aerial, underground, and buried OSP network routes
Perform field surveys and create construction drawings/work packages
Coordinate permitting, materials, contractors, and project schedules
Ensure compliance with NESC, NEC, OSHA, and local regulations
Review as‑builts, update mapping systems, and support maintenance teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
2–5 years of OSP engineering or telecom experience
Knowledge of fiber networks, OSP construction methods, and applicable codes
Proficiency with CAD/GIS tools and strong project coordination skills
