Responsibilities
Perform expert Stick and MIG welding, air arc, and torch cutting to repair or custom-fabricate frames, handrails, and equipment
Execute routine mechanical repairs and general upkeep of buildings and equipment to ensure peak operational efficiency
Inspect and test all completed work using measuring devices to guarantee repairs meet functional specifications and safety standards
Maintain a clean workspace while strictly adhering to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and PPE requirements
Accurately log all maintenance and repair activities into the company tracking system for equipment history
Qualification
Required
Welding Certificate required
1–2 years of field experience with Stick and MIG welding
Proven ability to interpret blueprints and work orders
