Responsibilities
Manage partnerships with third-party insurance carriers appointed in the Progressive Advantage Agency
Work closely with the lead carrier relationship consultant and the Business Insurance team to develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals
Build relationships across the carrier’s organization
Gain a deep understanding of their workflow and strategy to drive mutual success within our agency
Qualification
Required
A minimum of seven years of Property & Casualty insurance experience
Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of four years of Property & Casualty insurance experience
Preferred
Proven experience in account management and building strong, trusted relationships with C-suite executives
Expertise in analyzing complex issues, troubleshooting effectively, and applying critical thinking to solve problems, even with limited information
In-depth knowledge of small business insurance products
Hands-on experience collaborating with third-party vendors or external partners to achieve business objectives
