Residential Specialist - Assessment & Diagnostic Program - Weekends (PT or PRN)

As a Residential Specialist, you will be responsible for serving as a positive role model for children and adolescents in a therapeutic placement and contributing to the formulation and implementation of resident treatment plans.

Responsibilities
Serving as a positive role model for children and adolescents in a therapeutic placement in need of a structured therapeutic environment due to behavioral, emotional, or developmental needs
Contributes to the formulation and implementation of resident treatment plans
Works via role modeling to develop socially effective values, attitudes, and behaviors within residents
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or G.E.D with at least six months of experience working with children
Associate's Degree and at least three months of experience working with children
Bachelor's Degree in a Virginia Department of Health Profession's approved Human Service degree
