Responsibilities

Deep understanding of AI technologies, frameworks, and models, with experience in their application within cloud environments
Expertise in deploying AI solutions on public, private, and hybrid cloud platforms, focusing on infrastructure optimization for machine learning and data processing
Experience in cloud orchestration and automation tools, emphasizing AI integration (e.g., Kubernetes, TensorFlow, Pytorch)
Understanding of data management techniques and AI ethics, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and best practices
Strong background in designing scalable architectures for data-driven applications, including data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time analytics
Proven ability to conceptualize and communicate complex AI solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, tailoring content according to the audience's expertise
Familiarity with DevOps practices in AI deployment, including CI/CD pipelines and model versioning, to enhance collaboration across teams
Ability to translate customer business needs into specific AI technical requirements and advocate for data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiencies and business outcomes
Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for AI architecture enhancements and service delivery improvements
Collaborate with clients to facilitate workshops that gather insights into their current architecture and identify gaps for potential AI solutions
Develop cost models that highlight ROI and total cost of ownership, guiding clients in their investment decisions related to AI
Serve as a technical advisor and mentor to Digital Realty’s sales team, sharing insights on AI technologies and digital transformation strategies
Foster an understanding of AI trends and their implications for customer success within the sales organization and beyond

Required

5+ years of technical experience with a focus on cloud computing and AI applications, ideally within hosting/cloud companies or IT consulting
Demonstrated success in solution selling and technical support in high-tech environments, with a focus on AI and data-centric solutions
Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record in proposal development, customer presentations, and technical writing
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
