Qualification
Required
Experience in Troubleshooting and Process Control to diagnose, solve, and optimize manufacturing processes
Expertise in Electrical Engineering and Automation to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of production systems
Knowledge of Robotics to implement and enhance automated manufacturing solutions
Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking skills
Proficiency with PLC programming, industrial control systems, and HMI development is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience may substitute for a degree
Familiarity with manufacturing environments and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is advantageous
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with excellent communication skills
