Precision CNC Boring Mill Technologist
Stolle Machinery Company LLC is seeking a Precision CNC Boring Mill Technologist to transform drawings into reality on CNC Horizontal Milling Centers and CNC Boring Mills. The role involves programming, setting up, and operating machinery with a focus on quality and safety, while maintaining thorough records of operations.

Responsibilities
Accurate, efficient programming, setup, and operation of CNC HMCs and Boring Mills to machine metal parts while meeting quality and safety targets and maintaining thorough records
Expert use of Mazatrol or Celos and other conversational controls, plus G- and M-code, directly from drawings anchored in GD&T
Precise mounting, installation, alignment, and securing of tools, attachments, fixtures, and workpieces using precision instruments and hand tools
Interpretation of blueprints/program specs to define operations, order of operations, NC sequences, and finished dimensions
Program transfer from server to CNC control via network links; insertion of control instructions to begin machining
Machine startup, continuous monitoring, lubrication/cooling checks, and operational data logging
Dimensional verification with micrometers, gauges, templates, and fixtures; machine/tooling adjustments to maintain tolerance
Defect detection (e.g., chipped edges, marred surfaces) and sorting of nonconforming pieces by flaw category
Stopping machines to remove parts or change tooling, setups, or part placement in line with required sequences
Offsets and program edits to support one or more machining functions on computer-controlled equipment
Replacement of dull cutting tools and compensation adjustments

Qualification
Required
