Responsibilities

Develop and execute detailed cutover plans, including timelines and task dependencies for go lives
Coordinate the full cutover lifecycle, from pre-go-live activities through post-go-live support
Coordinate with Project Managers, Release Managers, Configuration Management, Change Management, and Release Management to ensure all cutover activities are aligned and executed on schedule
Serve as the central point of contact for cutover-related communication, providing regular status updates to project leadership
Manage and ensure the successful completion of all production interface validation prior to, during, and immediately following cutover
Ensure cutover activities comply with program governance and standards
Employs independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activities involved in the successful implementation of an integrated business solution, ensuring project quality and timely delivery within budget to the customer’s satisfaction
Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle’s solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices and product knowledge
Effectively applies Oracle’s methodologies, policies, and procedures while adhering to contractual obligations, thereby minimizing Oracle’s risk and exposure
As a project lead, assists project team with aspects of their roles
Effectively influences decisions at the management level of customer organizations
Ensures deliverables are acceptable and works closely with the customer to understand and manage project expectations
Supports business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions
Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain credibility
Manages the scope of small projects and sub-projects

Required

Strong project management skills with a proven ability to provide guidance from a functional and technical perspective
Ability to independently drive work forward and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Experience in managing the schedule, facilitating meetings, and documenting deployment risks
Experience in creating change requests related to the creation and/or deployment of interfaces
Experience in project initiation, design, management/coordination of local connectivity within the pre-prod and production domains
Experience in interface engine configuration, identifying solution build dependencies in the Oracle Health Millennium Solution
Experience in configuration and unit testing, smoke testing, interface validation, promotion of code to production
Experience in interface readiness reporting, production validation, dry runs, table-top rehearsals, Mock Go-Live, Go-Live, and Go-Live staffing support
Ability to develop and execute detailed cutover plans, including timelines and task dependencies for go lives

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
