Research & Data Coordinator
Stanford University is seeking a highly motivated full-time Research & Data Coordinator in the Advanced Informatics for Mental Health lab. The role involves leading research activities, managing data, and preparing research and educational products to improve pediatric health outcomes.

Responsibilities
Participate in and lead core research activities within the lab, including:
Study planning (literature review, preparing statistical analysis plans, annotation guidelines)
Manage IRB protocol submissions and revisions
Management of data extracted from EMR and/or REDCap (basic data manipulation, data analysis using statistical software, figure/ table preparation)
Draft and revise research products (abstracts, posters, presentation slides, manuscripts)
Prepare educational products (e.g., educational slides for clinicians and families on principles of parent training in behavior management)
Draft and revise funding products (grant applications, progress reports)
Participate in team meetings (Monday 2:30-3:30 pm PST; Friday 1-2 pm PST) and prepare/revise meeting minutes, as needed
Work with PI to develop and communicate project schedules, targets, products, and accountabilities, as assigned
Update the lab’s website with research products, accomplishments, news, links to social media
Other duties may also be assigned
Qualification
Required
Two year college degree and two years related work experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of related education and relevant experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of medical terminology
Preferred
MS, MPH (or equivalent) in one of the following: Biostatistics, Biomedical Informatics, Computational Linguistics, Computer Science, Health Services Research, Public Health, or a related discipline
2 years of experience in clinical research
Hands-on experience in data management and statistical analysis
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Familiarity with biomedical and behavioral health terminology
Interest and experience in mentoring and/or supervising junior scholars
A strong publication record
Society of Clinical Research Associates or Association of Clinical Research Professionals certification
