Qualification
Required
Technical Expertise: Mechanical & electrical skills, ACDC motor experience, ammonia refrigeration, hydraulics, pneumatics
Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing people, motivating teams, and assigning work effectively
Industry Knowledge: HTST systems, pumps, valves, legal compliance
Positive, 'can-do' attitude and willingness to work in a high-volume, 24/6 environment
