Responsibilities
Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, OneDrive, Outlook, Power BI)
Design and maintain SharePoint-based program management and correspondence tracking solutions
Ensure standardization, security, compliance, and governance across the M365 ecosystem
Maintain the PM TCE website and deliver custom SharePoint/Power Platform solutions
Manage permissions, access control, auditing, performance, and storage
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and governance artifacts
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver enhancements aligned with Marine Corps, MCSC, and DoD policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
10+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint administration and Microsoft 365
Proven experience supporting DoD or federal acquisition programs
Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity, RMF, and information assurance policies
Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and meet MCEN access requirements
Expert in SharePoint Online, Teams, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI
Strong SharePoint architecture and governance knowledge
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XSLT
Integration experience with ASP.NET, SQL Server, MS Access
Proficient in Active Directory permissions, DoD Records Management, and CUI handling
Strong communication and leadership skills; able to work independently in secure environments
