Responsibilities
Build and deploy custom Power BI dashboards from scratch
Work with JSON, SQL, and potentially Microsoft Dataverse to bring in and model data
Support Python-based reporting tools and Snowflake products when needed
Collaborate with BI, data engineering, and business users to define reporting needs and iterate quickly
Tackle high-impact, visible reporting assignments and work closely with the data team to "serve up" data for the business
Help establish Power BI standards and best practices across the team
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in BI/reporting roles
Strong Power BI skills, end-to-end report building
Proficiency with Python, SQL, and JSON
Experience working with ERP systems or finance/merch data is a big plus
Comfortable in a dynamic environment where you're expected to jump in, learn fast, and build with minimal handholding
Able to work with both tech teams and business users
