This role will partner with Regional HR leadership to assist with employee relations, compliance with employment laws, and the development of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues
Guide managers on performance management
Deliver training programs that enhance and improve operational performance
Assist the Regional Director of Human Resources with identifying staffing needs and recruiting top talent
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local labor laws, and company policies
Support the promotion of a safe and healthy work environment
This role requires frequent travel to various store locations in West Coast and South-Central markets, approximately 60% of the time
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field preferred or equivalent years of experience
5-8 years experience in multi-site HR Management preferred
Proficient in HRIS, Workday, Navex, Microsoft and other relevant software tools
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Preferred
PHR or SHRM-CP Preferred
