Responsibilities
Development, administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform
Supporting processes like Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Service Portal, Performance Analytics and other service modules
Performing design and implementation tasks such as requirements gathering, configuration, integration and testing
Partnering with users to create/modify process workflows, reporting and dashboards
Developing knowledge, technical and process documentation
Staying abreast of new features and functionality
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands on experience development and administration of ServiceNow
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
