Responsibilities

Collaborate with design, production, reliability, and quality engineering to address issues and improve processes
Lead projects from concept through validation to implementation, emphasizing quality
Sustain products through cost reduction and yield improvements
Use structured problem-solving tools such as DMAIC, 8D, and Ishikawa
Analyze data to identify trends and enhance quality and efficiency
Monitor and reduce process variation using SPC and MSA techniques
Develop and maintain FMEAs, Control Plans, and work instructions for quality testing

Required

Degree in Materials, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 year of experience in Quality, Process Design, Process Improvement or Operations
Strong expertise in material testing, including mechanical/structural, chemical and dimensional testing
Knowledge of statistical tools such as JMP or Minitab for data analysis
Experience with root cause analysis, MSA studies and implementing data-driven solutions
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering and manufacturing teams

Preferred

Proficiency in analytical tools: Keyence, SEM-EDS, Instron, Rheometer, FTIR, XRF, and others
