Manage full-cycle AP, including routing invoices in Vista Viewpoint
Process 2-way match; 3-way match experience a plus
Prepare and execute two monthly check runs
Communicate with subcontractors and internal teams
Handle lien waivers (primarily unconditional)
Perform basic Excel tasks (VLOOKUP, formulas)
Support the accounting team and cross-train as needed
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years AP experience with proven tenure
Ability to manage full-cycle AP
Experience with routing invoices in Vista Viewpoint
Experience with 2-way match; 3-way match experience a plus
Ability to prepare and execute two monthly check runs
Ability to communicate with subcontractors and internal teams
Ability to handle lien waivers (primarily unconditional)
Basic Excel skills (VLOOKUP, formulas)
Adaptable, reliable, and team-oriented
Preferred
Construction industry experience
Understanding of purchase orders and lien exposure
