Responsibilities
Process invoices and expenses; serve as Concur SME
Validate invoice data, resolve exceptions, and maintain process controls
Reconcile vendor statements and respond to inquiries
Train Doctors on Concur and audit employee expense reports
Manage vendor setup, W-9s, and the monthly RNI report
Qualification
Required
HS diploma or GED required
Strong Excel/computer skills and financial aptitude
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle high-volume work
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred
AP experience preferred
Experience with Great Plains, AP automation, or Concur is a plus
