Responsibilities
Define and own the AEM solution architecture across author, publish, dispatcher, and CDN layers
Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions using AEM Sites (Headless & SPA Editor) and AEM Assets
Architect multi-site, multi-language, and multi-brand implementations with reusable components and templates
Lead integrations between AEM and Adobe Workfront, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), GenStudio, and Adobe Creative Cloud
Design and optimize content supply chain workflows, including content planning, creation, review, approval, delivery, and activation
Implement and govern AEM workflows, metadata schemas, content fragments, experience fragments, and asset processing
Define integration patterns using REST APIs, Adobe I/O, eventing, and webhooks
Ensure performance, scalability, and security best practices including Dispatcher caching, CDN strategies, ACLs, and authentication
Guide teams on AEM Cloud Service architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to align architecture with business goals
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural governance across delivery teams
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Adobe AEM architecture and development
Strong expertise in AEM Sites and AEM Assets (on-prem or AEM as a Cloud Service)
Deep understanding of OSGi, Sling Models, HTL, JCR, and AEM core components
Hands-on experience with AEM Headless, Content Fragments, GraphQL APIs, and SPA frameworks
Proven experience integrating AEM with Workfront, AJO, GenStudio, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
Experience designing end-to-end content supply chain solutions on the Adobe technology stack
Strong knowledge of AEM workflows, MSM, localization, DAM governance, and asset lifecycle management
Expertise in performance optimization, caching strategies, and security architecture
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Cloud Manager, and automated testing
Preferred
Adobe certifications (AEM Architect / Developer)
Experience with Adobe I/O Runtime, event-driven architectures, and personalization use cases
Familiarity with analytics, tagging, and customer journey orchestration
