Star Pediatric Homecare by Abound Health is seeking a Pediatric RN Clinical Manager to join our Clinical Leadership team in Hudson County, NJ. In this role, you will oversee pediatric home care services, supporting nurses in the field and ensuring high-quality care for young patients.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support field clinical staff across day and night shifts
Coordinate and oversee patient care plans
Conduct regular patient home visits and staff evaluations, including some overnight supervisory visits
Ensure compliance with clinical standards, company policies, and state regulations
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Lead staff training, case conferences, and performance reviews
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Required

Current RN license in the state of New Jersey
Minimum 1 year of pediatric nursing in home care
Hands-on experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is required
Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to varying schedules
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally, including occasional overnight supervision
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required)

Preferred

Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
