Responsibilities
Provide operational and technical support to the Field Service team, offering expertise in the operation and maintenance of Reciprocating Compression equipment
Support the Connected Worker initiative by training frontline workers, conducting remote inspections, and delivering technical support to both external and internal customers via web meetings utilizing the MS HoloLens device
Assist in the Red Flag Review process for equipment startups, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
Offer technical support to the proposals team as required, contributing insights and expertise to enhance proposal submissions
Undertake other supporting functions as necessary to assist the operational support team in achieving operational excellence
Travel approximately 20% of the time throughout the US to provide on-site support and technical assistance as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college is preferred. Alternatively, a minimum of a high school diploma or GED combined with 10 years of experience in Operational Support is required
Demonstrated experience and expertise in reciprocating engine and compressor systems, with specific familiarity with brands such as Ingersoll Rand, Clark, and Worthington being advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) to facilitate documentation, reporting, and communication tasks
