Logistics & Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

Assist with upkeep and maintenance of farm (on property) projects and equipment
Manage vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
Oversee court setup and breakdown at events (including nets, lines, and standards)
Maintain courts during events to ensure quality and safety standards
Ensure delivery of equipment to site for events
Loading and unloading trailers for events including ensuring proper safety during travel
Complete vehicle checklist before and after travel
Create and maintain schedules, timelines, and task lists to ensure deadlines are met
Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting for operational activities
Operate tools and basic machinery as needed (training provided for forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Maintain clear and professional communication with internal staff, clients, and partners
Troubleshoot logistical challenges and provide proactive solutions
Assist with the Merch Team in print of materials and the logistics of delivery and organization of materials

Required

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
Ability to drive larger vehicles (e.g., F-350 or similar) and tow trailers 14 feet or longer
Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test as a condition of employment
Experience leading logistics, warehouse operations, or event operations teams
Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds
Basic knowledge of power tools, forklifts, and pallet jacks (training provided)
Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays based on event schedules
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Highly dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Must have and regularly use a smartphone and laptop
