Qualification
Required
10+ years of IT experience with strong application development expertise
Ability to work independently on moderate to complex projects
Strong understanding of business processes and how technology supports them
Quick learner, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
