Responsibilities
Lead solution architecture for Oracle Retail (RMS, RPM, ReSA, RIB) supporting pricing, sales, and inventory
Drive future-state roadmaps aligned with business strategy, act as a trusted technical advisor, and design scalable solutions for global growth
Collaborate across teams, address technical debt, ensure end-to-end architectural compliance, and deliver architecture blueprints and documentation using Visio, Oracle tools, and JIRA
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
10+ years of overall experience in Oracle technologies with deep expertise in Oracle Retail solutions (RMS, RPM, ReSA, RIB, RSE)
7+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Retail systems in enterprise environments
5+ years of experience integrating packaged solutions using message-based, service-based, and batch architectures
Strong experience designing microservices and service-based architectures in global environments
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or OCI (preferred)
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
Preferred
Oracle performance tuning expertise
Experience supporting large-scale global retail implementations
