Responsibilities
Design AI powered automations that improve segmentation, routing, personalization, and overall GTM efficiency
Build and scale GTM workflows across Salesforce, Notion, Clay, ZoomInfo, and our enrichment and data ecosystem
Turn ambiguous business problems into clear system designs, experiments, and implementation plans
Prototype and ship rapid GTM experiments that test new channels, workflows, messaging, and data driven tactics
Maintain clean, trustworthy GTM data through thoughtful schemas, audits, and dashboards that improve visibility and decision making
Deliver tools and insights that make sellers faster, marketers more targeted, and customer teams more effective
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience building GTM systems
Experience in GTM engineering, business technology, solutions engineering, or a similar systems driven role
Worked across a modern GTM stack that includes CRM, enrichment, sequencing, marketing tools, and data pipelines
Domain experience with Sales, Marketing, CS, or Finance workflows
Familiarity with modern AI and automation tools and understand how AI can improve routing, scoring, personalization, and overall GTM efficiency
Comfortable writing Python and SQL, working with REST APIs, and building integrations that move data reliably across systems
Understand how data models, schemas, permissions, and governance shape the quality of GTM execution
Ability to turn messy data or ambiguous requirements into clean, durable workflows
Communicate with clarity whether explaining a systems design, documenting a workflow, or brainstorming with non-technical partners
Enjoy working with Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and engineering counterparts
Be a learner, a teacher, and someone who elevates the quality of thinking for the entire team
