Responsibilities

Create and maintain engaging dashboards in Power BI/Tableau that deliver real-time insights
Automate reporting workflows to reduce manual effort
Write advanced SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
Present key findings with clear, actionable recommendations
Track key compliance metrics, perform root cause analysis on variances, and suggest resolution strategies
Assist leadership by defining KPIs, providing data-driven insights, and supporting strategic planning

Qualification

Required

2-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related fields
Strong SQL skills including query optimization, joins, and stored procedures
Proficiency with Power BI or Tableau, including dashboard development and visualizations
Excellent communication skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

Experience working with ITSM tools like Jira or ServiceNow is a plus
Background in compliance tracking or risk analysis
Familiarity with financial services or payment processing environments
