Corporate Legal Assistant

LHH is assisting a downtown Fort Worth big law firm in seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant. This role will provide administrative and secretarial support to attorneys in the corporate section, managing document preparation, court filings, scheduling, and client communication.

Responsibilities

Draft and edit legal documents
Handle filing with courts and agencies
Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel
Answer phones, screen calls, and manage messages
Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
Assist with timekeeping and billing processes

Qualification

Legal secretary experienceMS Office proficiencyDocument preparationTyping speed 65 WPMProfessional communicationOrganizational skillsDiscretion with confidential info

Required

Minimum 3 years as a legal secretary
Typing speed: 65 WPM
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, pdfDocs, Imanage (or similar), Elite Webview (or similar)
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional communication and discretion with confidential information
