Responsibilities

Managing, sorting through and analyzing significant volumes of data and other information
Assist in developing and evaluating, claims, damages and calculations
Analyze existing financial models and other analyses to determine business valuations and damages
Create new financial models based on business issues or transactions being analyzed
Assist with drafting reports and findings including the preparation of tables, exhibits, and charts
Performing reviews of and evaluating expert submissions
Assisting with researching technical and industry specific issues
Documenting assumptions, methodologies, and sources of information used for analyses
Assisting with the drafting of client deliverables using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other applications
Developing and suggesting solutions to complex problems by thinking 'outside the box'
Balancing multiple client projects and other responsibilities
Communicating proactively and effectively to all levels of the team

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
3-6 years of experience in Big 4 or national accounting firm, a forensic and disputes consulting practice. Transactional financial due diligence experience a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Effective interpersonal skills - good team player with the ability to work under pressure and seek guidance when needed
Ability and willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule in order to meet client needs

Preferred

CPA designation/eligibility preferred
Certifications in CFE or CFF are preferred
