Represent creditors of all types in Chapter 11 restructurings
Draft motions, pleadings, proofs of claim, and objections
Manage case strategy and negotiate settlements
Communicate with clients, trustees, and opposing counsel
Stay current on bankruptcy laws and compliance
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
3-8+ years of bankruptcy experience
Strong understanding of the Bankruptcy Code and creditors' rights
Excellent litigation, negotiation, and organizational skills
