Talent Acquisition Partner
Mohawk Global is a logistics and trade specialist company dedicated to fulfilling supply chain needs. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for proactively identifying and nurturing high-potential talent while building relationships and maintaining a talent pipeline for the company's long-term growth.

Responsibilities
Identify and engage high-potential talent through campus partnerships, trade shows, industry events, professional associations, and competitive environments
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with early-career, experienced, and leadership-level talent
Keep high-potential individuals warm, informed, and engaged until the right opportunity aligns
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, trade schools, and academic programs aligned with Mohawk Global’s future talent needs
Partner with career services, faculty, and student organizations
Position Mohawk Global as an employer of choice early in talent careers
Proactively identify and engage passive and competitor talent
Build discreet, professional relationships grounded in credibility and trust
Share talent market insights with People & Culture and business/executive leaders
Build, segment, and maintain evergreen talent pipelines for critical, niche, and future roles
Educate prospective talent on Mohawk Global’s culture, values, and growth paths
Maintain disciplined tracking of relationships and engagement
Represent Mohawk Global externally with confidence, professionalism, and authenticity
Partner with People & Culture and Marketing to strengthen employer brand presence
Communicate Mohawk Global’s story in a compelling and human way
Collaborate closely with People & Culture, hiring leaders, and executives
Provide regular pipeline insights, readiness updates, and talent intelligence
Act as a trusted advisor on talent availability and future hiring needs
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in relationship-driven talent acquisition or strategic recruiting
Experience with campus recruiting, passive sourcing, or competitive talent engagement
Comfort operating independently in an outbound, highly visible role
Exceptional relationship-builder with strong professional presence
Naturally curious, proactive, and credible
High emotional intelligence and strong follow-through
Organized and disciplined in managing long-term relationships and follow-through
Trusted to represent Mohawk Global independently
Willingness to travel (up to 75%) to campuses, conferences, trade shows, and industry events
Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend events
