Analyze and evaluate program features and marketing content to understand customer engagement and retention
Conduct statistical tests, including A/B and multivariate experiments, to optimize performance
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive metrics and reports to assess program health
Address ad hoc inquiries from business leaders by exploring customer behavior and identifying patterns
Utilize data mining, model building, and segmentation techniques to uncover significant trends
Contribute to strategic and tactical planning discussions with cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience working with large-scale datasets and complex data analysis
Strong proficiency in SQL and analytical problem-solving
Solid foundation in statistics, programming, and marketing principles
Exceptional communication skills for collaboration with technical and business teams
