Responsibilities
Provides first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email or in person
Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively
Installs, configures, and maintains computer systems, peripherals, and software applications
Assists with user account management including password resets and access permissions
Performs routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and antivirus scans
Documents support activities, solutions, and procedures for future reference
Collaborates with other IT team members to ensure smooth operations of IT systems and services
Participates in IT projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Advanced proficiency in all MS Office programs
Must demonstrate analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and with others
Strong technical computer programming and trouble-shooting skills
High attention to detail
Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills
Preferred
Associate or Technical degree in Computer Science, Digital Programs, or related field preferred
1 year of experience working in a service-oriented call center preferred
Certifications in other data analytics and coding programs such as Python, JavaScript, or C++ is a plus
