Responsibilities
Together with the broader Games teams, help develop the strategic plan for AWS, particularly the technical elements of the strategy and plan to engage customers and partners
Establish technical credibility in sales cycles (personally or with the broader technical team), and can credibly drive discussions with CTOs, CIOs, Chief Architects, Senior Developers, etc. from both customers and partners across the Gaming industries
Collaborate with customers in the Games industry who use Engine, Platform, and Middleware Technologies to implement, test, and expand programs. Work in the field alongside sales enablement specialists, regional business development teams, and account management personnel to ensure successful deployment and scaling of these initiatives
Deliver presentations at customer briefings and industry events, while establishing AWS Game Tech as a thought leader by showcasing innovative solutions in gaming technology domains
Qualification
Required
8+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
Preferred
5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience
Experience working with end user or developer communities
